The food of the 1950s, 60s, and 70s in all of its photogenic glory endlessly fascinates me. It’s not just the pictures. Trying to imagine the flavor combinations, themselves, is at once nauseating and entertaining.
As disturbing as it sounds, I have always wanted to try recreating one of these monstrosities, maybe for Halloween.
