Dill Sauce

This sauce is great for fish and green vegetables. It also makes a great vegetable dip.

I created this to compliment Roasted Tilapia and Green Beans for one, so this only makes a small amount. Of course, it can be doubled or tripled, if needed.

Dill Sauce or Dip


  • 1 Tablespoon Lite or Low-Fat Mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon Lite Sour Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper.


Whisk all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.

To use as a sauce for fish, spoon onto still hot, just cooked fish.

To use as a dip, refrigerate in an airtight container for 30 minutes and serve with fresh vegetables.
